Just wondering if anyone else is having relly poor planner service from the new wedding planner mandy? Since Debbie left we seem to have to wait ages to get any replies to our emails if we get a reply at all? Were relly not happy as obviously paying 5 star prices but certainly not getting 5 star service at the moment!

I haven't used Mandy but I did email a couple a few days ago and still haven't had any answers at all which I think is quite bad! I've decided to go it alone. Well this is one of the things that annoys us! we have orgainsed almost everything ourselves flowers photographer band! so its only the simplist of things we have been asking of her! We have been waiting since last monday just to get prices for a round of golf for the men? when the club house is 100 yards away from thr hotel!

That's really not good at all. I hope it all gets sorted out for you hon. Patience is definately proving to be a virtue when planning a wedding! That and loads of wine!
hi Leanne, my partner and I are booked to get married at Aphrodite Hills too and the new wedding planner is shocking! Iv emailed her twice and had no response. Debbie was fantastic. Not happy with the service to be honest. Not sure what can be done? x
We are trying to get the contact details for one of her boses at the moment apparently a guy called nicloas? hes been mentioned on here! if everyone had not already booked villas would seriously consider moving it somewhere else!

Hi! I am so sorry to hear that! What a shame, i can understand you being upset, as you say paying 5 star prices for a bad service is not what you would expect. I hope you all make complaints so she is forced to do her job properly!!

Just had a phone call and email from her boss the food and beverage manager. I got through to him via emailing resvervations his name is Nicolas Benicos Nicolas.B@aphroditehills.com and he assures me now that he will be also covering all our communicaction from now on although did mostly defend her so any problems to deal with him! lets hope this gets it sorted out?
