Hi there, just wondering how long in advance you all booked your honeymoon? I know you can't book until at least a year before but was jusy wondering when everyone actually booked. Want to get in earlier rather than later to get cheaper flights. x

Hi Emma_Lou, we booked our honeymoon this January flying out end October 2010 so 9 months in advance. I think it was still winter sale season when we booked & am so glad we did then as price of holiday has gone up over £200 each! x

we booked juky 09 for our 1st june 2010 honeymoon and got loads of money off for booking early!x

we booked ours in August/sept time and were getting married in July. I think it was actually the 2nd desposit we paid for - the first being the church :-P

Ive been told that a year/10 months in advance is an optimum time. but its worth asking when the flights come out for your destination. youre definitly going to get a better deal when they are first out.
we booke in August for our june wedding this year.

We booked end of January for our beginning of August wedding, so just over 6 months before. We started looking at places a few months before that though. Things just took so long to organise because we are long distance *cough*and this was h2b's only job*cough*!

we booked about a year in advance which was as soon as the brochures came out. this also gave us lots of time to save money and pay off in bits.

We booked last weekend March 2010 for our honeymoon this May 2010, got the online web discount,, i think there is always ''sales'' and ''deals'' on when ever you book.
