press Img then paste the image address then Img again, I have noticed that it only works if there is a .jpg or something like that at the end of the address, so google search the imagie you want to post to get a format which ends with .jpg for example my pic would not post from the Maggie Soterro website so I had to fine it elsewhere where it was no flash player.
