Timeless and effortlessly glamorous, half-up styles are perfect for wearing a veil. Apply mousse and heat protector to towel-dried hair and rough dry completely. Using heated rollers, take narrow width sections beginning at the top of the head winding each one up and away from your face, down to the roots and clip into place. Repeat through to the nape. Spritz some firm-hold hairspray and allow to cool. As you remove each roller twist the curl into soft spirals, backcomb at the roots through the top and crown sections. Then smooth over with a bristle brush to get a plump shape, and pin this top section at the crown, adjusting the amount of height you want in a mirror. The long fringe sweeping back frames the eyes and breaks up the length of a long face.
Top tip with heated rollers: remember warm hair is still flexible, cool hair is set in its shape. Never remove warm rollers and expect hair to hold, it will simply collapse.
