how do i load a picture for people to see? i had tried to load it as my avator but think it was to big. Was wanting to load a pic of my ring as asked to in a thread on this topic

Hi Jilly

You'll need to make sure that the image is less than 12kb in file size for it to work. So try reducing the size by setting it to 72 dpi, and reducing the number of pixels. I'll PM you my email address now as well and then if you're still having trouble you can email me your avatar and I'll resize it for you on Monday.

You can change your avatar to be the pic of your dress, simply by saving the pdf as a jpeg and uploading it to your profile. Watch this space though as our image gallery is coming very soon so you'll be able to upload loads of pix there to share your ideas with the other b2bs.
