I'am afraid its not easily possible to get married at DLP. I work as a travel agent so have come across this request a couple of times. When I've asked Dlp about it, they told me the only way to do it is to take your own registrar/officiant across so they can perform it and they may be able to help with location but you wouldnt get it decorated or anything. they dont have the same set up as florida-yet!
