Another month has gone by, I cant believe that this time next year everything will have been paid for and we will be just counting down the weeks (5 and a half :D) till we get married! The past nearly 11months have gone in a bit of a daze to be honest. I was so convinced that a 2 year engagement was far to long and we had soooo much time to sort everything well here we are nearly a year later with still so much to do! Dan's tax rebate finally came through yesterday which means we can go get his wedding ring, pay deposits on chair covers, order all the stationary, buy flower girls gift and also get a few table dec's etc from the fab ebay people! We had confirmation today that the wedding ceremony is now booked at the hotel so thats great too just need to cancel our old venue and send a new deposit, we'll be able to give notice soon which I'm very excited about. After that all we need to do is sort out my dress, flower girls dress, tiara's, suits, my ring, which is being made so can be done whenever, presents for mothers, favours, boxes, cake.. man the list is endless!!!! But at least now with just13months to go I feel like we can start ordering all this stuff without getting the look of "you've got ages".
We finally compelted on our house last week! We havent moved in yet as we are decorating etc but we will be within the next 2-3 weeks. Just waiting on the flooring to arrive, the dining table got to order some curtains, washing machine and sky this week then it will all be sorted, fingers crossed! It's so amazing actually owning a house, we've rented for over a year now so to be able to put our mark on a place is the best feeling ever, its also great that we dont have to move again for ages! That really sums up whats going on at the mo, so muchkeeping us busy, but I have to say this is just the most exciting time ever, we couldnt be happier, roll on 13 months when i'll finally be Dans wife. x x
