I am Planning to Loose Weight!

Hi...

Ok, I joined Weight Watchers on Monday and I was Horrrified to see how Much i Weghed.. There is no way I look Like i Weigh that much... I am 5ft 5 and a size 14 / 16 in clothes but the scales say im just over 16st im horrified.... My husband said its cse my boobs are size G that they would put on 2 stone on there own.. Cse i do have huge boobs compared to my frame.......

So I joined on Monday and i chose to go on the Points plan rather then the Core Plan.. i wouldnt have time for the Core Plan... So I am allowed 25 Points a day.. But i am also allowed to save a maximum of 4 points a day to use at the weekend.

Tuesday - My first Day point Counting

I had A w8 watchers yoghurt for breakfast with a bannana,

For Lunch i had a small Prawn Cocktail for mark's with a apple and a diet Sparkling orange Juice

Then for Dinner i had i Steak (weighed0 Corn on the Cob Mini Peas Scampi 2 Jalepeno pepers in batter loads of veg and some tatar sauce

this came to a grand total of 21 points!! So i saved 4 (woohoo)

All Day I drank Sugar free coke and Red Bull as these are both 0 points oh and loads of water too..!!

Wednesday -

I had WW Yoghurt and some cereal with skimmed milk (wich i found rank) i was supposed to have a orange with this too but i put it to the side to take to work with me............

I then had a orange and a apple for lunch time or as a Snack.... But im such a idiot i left it at home so im going to go out and get some lunch.. I will let you know what i get in the end!!

( i dont get it though to me it seems like im eating way more food and i really cant see me loosing weight if i have been eating more!!) Only Monday can tell!! I wana have a cheeky look at home but im scared incase i have put on!!

I plan to aim for 4 stone to loose maybe 5... see how i get on though

hi, i joined ww in 2006 and was 15.13lb and a size 18 and only 5ft.3. i am now 11.5lb and a size 14. not been to ww since last Nov and im trying to do it on my own, but it doesnt work. trust me you may feel like you are eating a lot but at least its all good stuff and it will work. if you get bored as i do every 6 months swap for the no count plan. im going to the gym 3 times a week to try to tone up for my wedding but unfortunately im still eating with in reason what i want. oh i need a kick up the bum to take me back to ww!!

I am Planning to Loose Weight!

i managed to get me self lunch... Its soo sunny outside.. I got a chicken pasta with a lemon mousse and a Citrus Zest Diest Coke.. The Pasta was 10 points on its own!!! ;-p and the mouse was 2 i think... So i have 9.5 points for dinner i will probably have 1 sausage wich is 3 points some free veg and then a snack bar for dessert after and save myself 4 points again for the weekend!! xx Im actually finding this very easy i always feel full up and the food im eating is all yummy and i get to choose what i want to eat wich is even better i think to be honest its all about what you eat and in what proportions!! Be Carefull peas are more unhealthy then spinach, and carrots!!!
