Subject : Can u recommend any good wrinkle/anti aging cream please?

hi...im 26 this year & have suffered with quite bad spotty skin since the age of 16 & i hate to admit it but have used sunbeds alot in the past as they really helped dry my spots out. Im now seeing the results and have quite a few wrinkles developing. I ve never used a moisturiser for long as i found everyone i tried was too heavy and blocked my pores up and made my skin come out with even more spots! Could any one recommend a fab moisturising cream ( preferably anti aging) that is good for spotty skin please? xx

Hi I'm 29 and have always been prone to spots. I use Olay Total Effects SPF 15 during the day and the Total Effects night cream. I had to give it a few weeks as any change in my skincare routine causes a bit of a breakout!

Its really good and not ridiculously expensive.

the main thing is to always use sunscreen, ( factor 20+ if poss) every day under your makeup, even when its cloudy. Sun damage and smoking are primary causes for premature wrinkles- and if you have been using sunbeds- stop!!

gatineau is good and things with an spf r also worth a try. I use lush stuff as it's good for sensitive skin prone to getting spots. Hope u get something that works for u! xx

Hey hun ive started using the Estee Lauder advanced night repair serum, its quite pricey at £34 for a bottle, but it lasts AGES as you only use a small amount each night. Its wonderful stuff ive only been using it for four weeks and im really noticing the difference already, my skin has really smoothed out and looks plumper and more healthy and make up goes on really well! I use no7 protect and perfect range as well which is also ok, but ive really noticed the diff with the EL stuff, good luck with it hun hope you find something xxxxx

I like Clinique, my skin is quite oily and I find their range the most effective at really deep cleansing. The dramatically different moisturising gel is GREAT for spotty skin as it's really light so your skin can still breathe but leaves it lovely and soft, I use it every single day! If you team it with their repairwear cream at night around 'problem' areas (eyes/neck etc) it works a treat.
Good luck with it, I think the important thing is to get a routine sorted now, so it gives it time to work and get past any 'breakout' stage before the big day!

Totally recommend having a Tri-Enzyme facial by Elemis. After one facial it got rid of my two lines between my eyebrows. Once they had gone, I use Garnier ultra lift to keep them away. Honestly - I have been raving about it since. My friend even asked if I had had Botox!!!
