Subject : 26th July- New Thread 100 day countdown!!!
100 days woooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Thought it was about time for another thread, got fed up going all the way to page 29!
Can't remember all that was last posted (sorry) as we all seem to be here for the 100 mark! but will be easier with a new thread i think!
Maybe we could all post about the things we are all thinking about at the moment and maybe this will help us answer each others questions;
*My hair n make up trial is Sunday
*My 1st dress fitting is mid May
*My invos are sent and rsvp is beg of May for day invos and haven't started name cards yet but have a rough table plan
*Honeymoon paid off last week, mexico 2 weeks
Can't think of any others just now, how about everyone else? :\)

Hi Badger
Great idea, was getting on my nerves aswell, is it just me or did we get to that amount of pages faster than previous?!
I am thinking about everything at the moment but more so the day itself, such as when to get gifts out of car and who is to bring them in before people are seated etc. Was thinking of doing an itinerary for the ushers so they know exactly what I want them to do, or do you think that is to godzillaish?
My goal for this week is the kiddies favour bags, have ordered the personalised bags of ebay and bought a few things to go in them.
What date in May have you booked your dress fitting?
xx

G- It does seem that we clocked up the pages quicker!
Our venue have told us to drop the presents off 2 days before the wedding, would you be able to do this so you don't have to wory about it on the day?, if not then no i don't think those actions would be considered godzilla!.
I think setting a goal a week is a good idea.
My fitting is 15th May, i could go and look at it before but would prob be dissapointed that i couldn't try it on, but i may change my mind!
Hi Cookie, where are you getting married? have you booked your honeymoon yet?

G- Sounds daft but i'm not 100% on which room they store presents in but i will put my trust in them! they seem to be quite regimented about things which i'm surprised at, at the meeting he told me how things will go and he nearly fell out of his chair when i told him i wanted to do a speech at the reception!. No its not too long till the15th really x
Cookie- Your honeymoon sounds fab!

Where are you going on honeymoon Badger No1.
Talking about pressies - i am getting money but have a list at Debenhams too. You arrange a delivery date to the house. Most people will prob give you presents before the wedding.

Wow great honeymoon Cookie145!
Badger, I am also doing a speech!! There was no way I was going to let my big day go without saying something!
Have you started it yet? I've got a friend who is helping me write an ode about h2b, so I'm going to start off with a few thank you's etc, then hopefully if I'm not donkey sobbing by then will finish off with the ode.
Are you nervous about it? I am a little bit but it wont stop me, will make sure I've had a couple of glasses of alcohol for extra courage!!

Where are you going DublinG on honeymoon?
Have either of you started having strange or bad dreams about the wedding. I have had a couple the last couple of days. I dreamt two nights ago that I looked terrible in my wedding dress and to top it off 15 minutes to get ready. I did my own hair make-up and got ready on my own and looked awful.

Hi Cookie145,
We are going to Skiathos (greek island), would have loved to have gone somewhere exotic but I don't like flying much, 4 hours is the most I can put up with!!
Yes I have had that one!! Hate it as it's all out of my control and there is nothing I can do about it! I had one recently where it was suddenly my wedding day and I hadnt even sent out the invites plus I was getting ready on my own and I coulnt do the corset up on my dress so I had to hold it together walking down the aisle!!
Let's hope they stop eventually! I think it's because the wedding is the last thing that I'm thinking about before I go to sleep!!
