mrs Norden 2B Joined : Oct 19, 2007 Posts : 229 Rank: Bridezilla My Other Topics	Posted : May 01, 2008 9:09:02 PM Subject : fab assistant in bhs st enochs today hi folks i just want to give credit where credits due. my beloved bm dresses have been discontinued just as i was going to order them, this morn i called the St Enochs store Glasgow & although they didn;t have them the girl took my name & number & within 20 min had called back to let me know she'd got me 2 from the milton keynes store & there being sent up by store transfer. the girl Tracey was fab. so so chuffed now, just canny wait for them to come now jules x

It doesn't happen that much anymore that people care so much about their customers (especially when it comes to weddings!!) but this girl deserves a medal!! THANKS TRACEY X X X
