I have chosen 3 bridesmaids - 1 of them hates the other 2 and the feelings mutual. All are equally important to mean so I cant chose a maid of honour and know no matter who I chose it will crush the other 2! I have an ex step dad who I want to include in the wedding but dont know how - my real dad is quite rightly doing the dad dutys. I have a 13 (who will be 14) year old brother who I adore but I guess is too old to be a ring bearer? and I also have 2 male freinds that I want to include but no jobs left!!! Any ideas on how I can 'extend' or recreate the wedding party?

Pleasing everybody!

Hi, I found a good way of including people when you have run out of roles is to ask them to do a reading/poem during the service.
Good luck!

Pleasing everybody!

You can't please ll of the epole - all of the time.
You can give jobs such as - let one of them ensure that everyone is in ready for your entrance.
Let the other one take charge of the guest book.
Ask the 14 year old to be a witness.
Bridesmaids - its your wedding - if they cant deal with each other for your sake then should they be a bridesmaid!!
I had a friend who I as bridesmaid for, and me and the MOH do not get on. But on the day, for the sake of my friend - we noth grinned and bear it. We just kept a bit of distance where possible.
My friendship meant more to me than my dislike for her.

Pleasing everybody!

i think it is impossible to please everyone, you have to do what you feel is right and let other people come to terms with the wedding you have chose
