It's 31 days to go and this week two out of three of my bridesmaids have been unceremoniously dumped by their long term boyfriends and are now unconsolable and totally broken hearted. They are in no way in themood for a wedding, not to mention being bridesmaids. We've all been there and i really feel for them. And i feel terribly guilty because with time ticking away there's so much to do and organise i feel like every time we speak the wedding ends up being mentioned either by them or me and i feel as though i'm rubbing their noses in it so to speak!! Was hoping the wedding would be an opportunity for us girls to have a fab time, feel papmered and excited all together. Not working out as planned. Any advice anyone??

My advise is sit down with all vridesmaids and have a talk. set aside one night where you say to them how you're feeling about what's happening to them...let them know you dont mean to rub their noses in it...they will understand...they know whats happened is not your fault and they will still be happy for you! Let them know that you understand what their going through and tell them u are always there for them...but make sure they realise that you still need their help! remind them of how fantastic they are going to look on the day and you never know...they might find love at the wedding!! just take it easy and dont u b panicing. things will work themselves out. Good luck with everyting and enjoy ur big day!!

I have a similar problem although I still have 6 months to go but what I have done is changed my seating plan so that the few single guys what are their are now gonna be seated with my Bridesmaids so they wont feel like everyone is coupled up and they are not, also instead of talking about the Wedding so much I have tried to focus on discussing the Hen Do with those more as it will be a chance to let their hair down and Im sure will be much more fun for them seems they are single again and obviously I know they will be upset but they wouldnt want you stressing about them as you have enough on, so dont worry and 30 days is enough time for them to pull themselves together and think of all the positive things about been single .

Good Luck with the Weddin g hunnie xxx
