what color to go with?

Hello!

Assuming that by apple you mean a soft, dusty (almost Pastel) green then I would think about a dusty pink colour for your BMs.... If you mean a crisp Granny Smith apple green, then I would be tempted to go for a bright pink or purple.

But the best advise I can give you is to check out your colours on a colour wheel, This tool has been used for many years by professionals to pick the right colours. The color wheel is great for choosing related tones; colours adjacent to each other on the color wheel. For example green and blue, green and yellow or red, purple and blue. Or you could go for complementary shades which are basically colors located opposite each other on the colour wheel. For example lavender blue and yellow, lavender green and burgundy.
