My star cocktail: Ocean’s Drive, from £7, Vodka smashed with passion fruit puree then topped with apple and cranberry juices, a very refreshing drink indeed. It may be an expensive choice, but it's worth every single penny; the quality of the food and drink is just outstanding. Have fun!
