Kissable lips for your wedding day
  • Kissable lips for your wedding day

  • Get ready for that memorable first-kiss once you are married with luscious lips that would make Angelina Jolie proud. Just follow our wedding make-up tips…

As you lean forward for that first smooch as man and wife, you want your new husband to remember the moment forever. For tempting, tantalising lips follow our five-step plan and you'll soon have a perfect pout... without resorting to surgery

Exfoliate
If the skin on your lips is dry, try buffing them gently with a damp face flannel or a soft toothbrush or use a muslin cloth to exfoliate the surface.

Condition
Apply a conditioning balm to your lips regularly during the run-up to your wedding to ensure lips are moisturised and smooth and to prevent cracking.

Conceal
Smooth a light-reflecting concealer around your lip line and blend it into the edges of your mouth to help emphasise the contours of your lips and maintain colour longer.

Plump
To make lips look fuller, use a lip-plumping product and lip liner.

Colour
Pale shades help lips look plumper. Once you've applied the colour, dab a clear gloss or shimmer in the centre of your lips, as this will emphasise the pout.
