Tiffany and Ed met at work in spring 2005 and in February this year he proposed in Dubai while sitting overlooking the ocean and drinking cocktails.
The couple decided on a wedding in Las Vegas with just the two of them, and then a party for family and friends when they returned from honeymoon. "Neither of us have ever been into the traditional big white wedding thing as we felt we'd just be doing it for everyone else's sake, so we were pretty selfish about it!" says Tiffany.
