Brilliant news for brides who have fallen in love with planning their own wedding. The UK’s finest luxury wedding planner, Mark Niemierko, has announced new dates for his bridal-fabulous Wedding Academy. Following the launch of the Academy in May, new dates are now in the diary for October 2011, January and April 2012.

The Wedding Academies, which immerse students into the uber-glamorous world of wedding planning, are overflowing with the tools and contacts needed to become a five-star wedding planner. Each week-long course – held in the magical surroundings of The Dorchester – is limited to just 10 participants, allowing each student an intimate, hands-on and exclusive learning experience with, not only Mark, but suppliers-to-the-stars such as Elton John’s florist Rob Van Helden, Peggy Porschen (who designed Kate Moss' wedding cake) and Princess Diana’s former make-up artist Maggie Hunt.

If that isn’t exciting enough, Bruce Oldfield will be attending October’s Academy for a special one-off Q&A session, while, in January, Stewart Parvin will be talking students through what it’s like to design for royalty!

As well as a week spent indulging in wedding etiquette, bridal fashion and beauty, Q&A sessions and first-class food and drinks tasting, students will also be rewarded with The Niemierko Little White Book – full of Mark's much-loved suppliers – and a photo book of weddings designed by Mark himself.
