A-list cake designer Eric Lanlard's Cake Boy Boutique Patisserie. Eric launched Cake Boy, which includes a cake lounge and a high-tech cookery school, in 2007 and he fronts his own Channel 4 TV series, Glamour Puds and Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard.
