To celebrate the start of summer, Gaucho Restaurants and Freggo Ice Cream Bar on Swallow Street, London W1 have joined forces to launch their new “Sticky and Sweet” Masterclass.

Hens will be greeted at the Swallow Street venue by a glass of Viña Patricia malbec, a wine produced from the Gaucho owned Finca la Franca vineyard in Mendoza, and bitesize churrasco steaks - a Gaucho speciality. After having taken the edge off your appetite and having savoured the wine, you'll then be invited to sit down and listen to a brief introduction to Gaucho and Freggo, followed by the main event... the Sticky and Sweet Tasting!

Each delicious Freggo ice cream will be tasted alongside a wine carefully selected by Gaucho Head Sommelier Jessica Closs.

And once you and your hens have had your fill of banana split and Dulce de Leche (and the carefully matched wines) you'll be given a Freggo voucher to taste another flavour at any other time.

Price: £35 per person. The Masterclass lasts between one and a half to two hours. First dates available for booking Monday 7th June and Monday 28th June.
