The A-Z of wedding transport

Check out our A to Z for some crazier takes on the classic wedding car...

wedding transport

A is for abseiling down your venue and into your reception - an adrenaline-pumping way to make an entrance if ever there was one

B is for Beetle - a cute and classy car to give your wedding a retro feel

C is for camper van. If it was good enough for Tess and Vernon, it's good enough for you...

D is for Del Boy's three-wheeler van - a must for Only Fools and Horses fans.

E is for an eco friendly bike. Just don't catch your dress in the wheels...

F is for an old fashioned fire engine to ferry you to your wedding. Firemen NOT included

G is for gondola. Bring a bit of Venice to your wedding but make sure there's some water close to your venue first

H is for a helicopter to whiz you and your groom off after the reception. If that doesn't make you a high flier, we don't know what does

I is for an ice-cream van to deliver you to your venue. But only if you're sweet enough...

J is for jumping from a plane - for the daredevils among you

K is for Karma Kabs - a kooky, eclectic way to travel on your wedding day

L is for limousine. Well, you are the star for a day...

M is for milk float. Just make sure you allow lots of time to get there...and leave the milkman behind!

O is for open top bus. Why not arrive on a vintage double decker  - Summer Holiday style!

P is for a pink Cadillac - for those Barbie brides with a love of all things pink

Q is for the queen. She travels in a horse drawn carriage, so why shouldn't you on your big day?

R is for arriving in a classic Roll's Royce

S is for scuba-diving your way to your underwater wedding

T is for travelling in a traditional Eastern tuk-tuk (just make sure you haven't got far to go)

U is for Up, Up and Away as you and your groom float off in a hot air balloon

V is for Vespa, a perfect vehicle for any mods among you

W is for walking. Lead a procession through the streets and show off that dress of yours

X is for the excitement you'll feel as you zoom off on the back of a Harley Davidson

Y is for a yellow taxi. Very NYC. Very Carrie Bradshaw

Z is for Zebra. Perfect for an Africa-themed wedding - but perhaps not possible!
