Louise and Simon's vibrant wedding - The Evening
We chose The George partly because of the good reputation of its chef and we werent disappointed, says Louise. Guests were served a four course meal of smoked duck breast with walnuts, followed by mango sorbet, then Romney Marsh lamb with vegetable ratatouille and a strawberry and almond tart for dessert. The couple had several speeches, from the bridesmaids, grooms attendant, the groom and Louises father, as well as having an MC to keep things ticking over! Lots of people said the speeches were the best they had heard at a wedding they were funny and really well-prepared, says Louise.
In the evening the buffet, three-tier white and milk chocolate ganache cake from Donnas Cakes and DJ were very popular, and the party really got going when tribute band The Beatlez started playing We danced for hours!
