"I liked Alex right from the start: he's a true gentleman and knows how to make me laugh," says Carolyn, who first met her beau at a work function. After two years of dating and a proposal in a luxe hotel with the Hong Kong skyline as a backdrop, the couple started creating their summer wedding.
