25 ml Tanqueray Gin
25 ml Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
25 ml cranberry juice
10 ml cranberry syrup
Dash orange bitters
Ruinart Rosé Champagne
Shake the gin, lychee liqueur, cranberry juice, cranberry syrup and orange bitters in a Boston Shaker
Double strain into a cocktail glass
Top up with Ruinart Rosé Champagne
Garnish with a Singapore Orchid
And why not head down to Londons glamorous Pearl Bar in Central London which is offering guests the chance to hone their cocktail skills with its Head Mixologist, Gustavo Bertoluccis Cocktail Challenge. Every Wednesday evening Gustavo hosts an interactive and fun cocktail challenge, where the UKs favourite cocktails come head-to-head against each other. He shares his vast knowledge of cocktails and shows groups of up to five people how to mix a Classic Cocktail, a Champagne Cocktail and one of his latest creations. Once all of the cocktails have been tried and tested the group votes to decipher their favourite one and the winning creation is served to the cocktail enthusiasts.
The 45-minute Cocktail Tasting Challenge is priced at £25 per person and starts at 6pm every Wednesday. A great start to a hen party.
