Mini-moon review: A relaxing break in Northern Ireland

Galgorm lies beside the River Maine in the beautiful countryside of Co Antrim in Northern Ireland – so it’s both a beautiful wedding venue and a mini-moon haven.

Our room was huge with great views, and we spent a lot of time chilling in the amazing spa. The indoor pool enticed us for a pre-breakfast dip, and – of course – we enjoyed a treatment at the spa.

The relaxing massage with beautifully-scented Voya products is a must-have – we floated out of there! Also recommended is the Celtic Sauna ritual and the outdoor Beltane hot tub, where you can relax, sip champagne and watch the world go by. We also enjoyed the experience of discovering a huge gin library, before indulging in an exquisite dinner.
