Top tips on diet and nutrition
Eat breakfast every morning which will stop you from craving unhealthy snacks mid morning
Combine protein with carbohydrates at every meal to keep blood sugar balanced and curb appetite
Eat fat! Essential fats found in oily fish and unsalted nuts and seeds actually help you to lose weight by speeding up your metabolism.
Eat slowly and chew well. It takes the brain 20 minutes to register that you have had enough to eat!
Lastly, do not weigh yourself – you will know if you have lost weight by how your clothes fit
