Weekly wedding workout plan: beginners circuit
We've teamed up with A-list strength and conditioning coach Ruben Tabares (he's trained Naomi Watts and was once roommates with Mo Farah!) to bring you the ultimate bridal-body toning plan. Week one is perfect for beginners. Aim to do the strength circuit below four times a week, plus two days of brisk walking in the part for 30 minutes and one HIIT day (30 seconds sprinting plus 60 seconds recovery on a bike, repeated eight times OR four 60m running sprints back to back with no rest follow by 90 seconds of rest, repeated four times).
