Weekly wedding workout plan: intermediate circuit 2

Ready to sweat? We've upped the intensity again for week three of our exclusive bridal-body toning plan by celebrity trainer Ruben Tabares. (Here's Week One and Week Two in case you missed it ...) Your challenge: three sets of each one of these killer moves. Aim to do the strength circuit below four times a week, plus two days of brisk walking in the part for 30 minutes and one HIIT day (30 seconds sprinting plus 60 seconds recovery on a bike, repeated eight times OR four 60m running sprints back to back with no rest follow by 90 seconds of rest, repeated four times).
