Princess Eugenie’s wedding cake: everything you need to know

Princess Eugenie's wedding cake might be the most amazing cake we've ever seen

After being wowed by Eugenie’s Peter Pilotto wedding dress, then stunned by her Zac Posen evening dress, we didn’t think we could love the young royal’s wedding much more, that is, until we laid eyes on her wedding cake… and what a cake it was!

Created by cake maker Sophie Cabot, the masterpiece was a tall white wedding cake, expertly decorated with autumnal flowers that perfectly complemented the flowers outside of their ceremony venue.

In true Royal style, the cake was monogrammed with Eugenie and Jack’s initials.

From above the cake was even more spectacular – just look at the little acorn and blackberry detailing!

The cake was reportedly red velvet and chocolate flavour, and contained up to 400 eggs, at least 53 packs of unsalted butter, 15 kilograms of organic self-raising flour and 20 kilos of sugar.
