Carole Middleton and Camilla Parker-Bowles
Arriving ahead of Camilla, Carole Middleton’s last-minute outfit change (she publically sacked her dress designer Lindka Cierach just two weeks before the wedding) seems to have paid off. The bride’s mother arrived in a sky blue wool crepe coatdress on top of a sky blue silk shantung Sydney day dress with short pleated sleeves by Catherine Walker, a hat by the Berkshire-based milliner Jane Corbett, with gold detail Emmy shoes and bag.
Camilla wore Anna Valentine, who famously designed the Duchess’ own wedding gown in 2005. Her outfit consisted of a champagne silk dress and a hand-embroidered duck egg blue and champagne coat. She also opted for a stylish Philip Treacy hat and Jimmy Choo shoes, worn with an Anna Valentine clutch.
We love Camilla’s fashion forward accessories and stylish look, although admire Carole’s last-minute elegant outfit choice!
