The couple
Michelle and David met at Stellenboch University when David crashed one of her friend’s parties. David’s plan to propose at a vineyard lunch date was delayed while he waited for Michelle’s mother to come home, knowing she would want to phone her straight away. After a few glasses of Dutch courage he popped the question, and the couple got married 18 months later.

The wedding venue

Blaauwklippen Wine Estate provided an incredible background for the couple, as they posed for photos in the vineyards, after their outdoor ceremony. Michelle organised the wedding from the UK, but the venue provided a fantastic coordinator who liaised with their suppliers and was there on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly.
