Woman bullied by wedding guests for wearing a tight dress

A wedding guest speaks out after she was humiliated at a friend’s wedding for wearing a short, tight dress.

When it comes to choosing what to wear to a wedding, you should be able to wear anything you’d like. Well, as long as it’s not a white dress that is.

So Liz Krueger, a fitness coach from New Zealand, didn’t think twice when she donned a bodycon dress to attend her friend’s wedding, and why would she? It was a hot day and that particular dress made her feel confident.

Except her dress didn’t go down well with fellow guests, who deemed it too short and too tight, and they shockingly made it clear to Liz that they didn’t approve. One woman guest even slapped her on the bum as a dare!

Liz took to Instagram to vent about the day, “If only I knew that choosing this dress for a wedding on a 90 degree day meant so many women would be outrightly rude to me, and even come up behind me slap my ass as I’m standing alone. As quote ‘it was a dare from her friends, bc I was a target.’ And then proceed to spill a full beer down my arm. Just one of maaaaany acts of kindness of the night!”

Thankfully, Liz still managed to enjoy the day, writing, “Good thing for thick skin, being able to laugh at things and not take it personally, and good friends/hubby by my side. Regardless, we had one heck of s fun night and no “grown” women’s comments/glares could bring me down as a wedding guest:)”

She finished off with the hashtag #adultsarebulliestoo, and frankly we agree this is very rude behaviour from wedding guests!
